Week 10 - 5 weeks left

I havcent posted in a while but by request I am going to throw up some photos.  Ive been training hard.   in 2 or 3 day cycles, my gym training now involves long sessions 2-3 hours or sustained heart rates, I am really seeing results.  THere is 5 weeks left and I am starting to dial everything in, Training, Nutrition, supplementation, skills, etc.  I have set my next goal after the climb to Run something Big..  Like the grand canyon or even the beaten path...  Well see..  I had a nice trip home where I did a long run with a good friend and had a blast...  it was good to see friends and family..  ANyway, I wanted to post some pics From the last few weeks, Some people were looking for updates..  Also I bought a Go Pro so My photos should get more interesting and hopefully I can get some video in here...    Enjoy....
