Liberty Ridge - Rainer Training - Day 1 / Week 1

Made day one after a rough weekend of hiking and climbing.  It was supposed to be Monday but I made that my rest day cause my sleep schedule was out of wack...  Below is my week one schedule.  My goal is to work up to 90 Mins on the stepper with a full pack several days a week by the end of the 12 weeks and have 1 - 2 long himes with several thousand feet of elevation gain with a pack.  Any comments would be great...
